SSEVK - a long term initiative for Musahar empowerment in Bihar

Samajik Sodh Evam Vikas Kendra (SSEVK) is a registered voluntary organization. The main office is in Mehsi, East Champaran , Bihar . The partnership with Action Aid started in September 2001 and long term partnership started in 2004. SSEVK initiated its work with an objective to bring the Dalit population (especially Musahars) of 125 villages of 11 blocks from Chakia and Pakri Dayal sub divisions of East Champaran into the mainstream of development and to equip them with the rights to equal opportunities and better lives [Download full report]
