Violence Against Women

The project 'Violence against women'(VAW) was started by the Bangalore regional office in October 2002. This BRO implemented project, focuses mainly on three specific issues related to violence against women

•  Violence due to cultural practices and caste based violence
•  Domestic Violence
•  Violence at workplace

The project works in 6 districts of Karnataka namely Dharwad, Bijapur urban, Bangalore urban, Chamrajnagar, Chickmanalore and Bidar. [Download full report]
