    • Empowering the communities to access their rights over land, water, forests and other commons; advocating for their participation in public welfare schemes; restoring rights of women and girls, and ensuring their safety; ensuring the rights of children, their education and protection; and advocating for providig them with equal socio-economic opportunities.

    • "Pardarshita is working towards ensuring just and democratic governance, and social entitlements in resettlement colonies in Delhi. It works with marginalised groups and the urban poor living in the slums of Seema Puri, focusing primarily on their rights on land and resources, citizenship, food security and livelihood. Other major focus area of intervention included safeguarding women's rights and promoting gender equality among the communities. It also works towards education of children, especially of girls, who often dropout from schools to take care of their siblings or help their parents in household chores."
