The Musahar Sewa Sansthan works in the districts of Maharajganj, Deora, Kushinagar and Gorakhpur, where there is a large concentration of Musahars. MSS, a community organization and a wing of the Musahar Manch, was registered in 2009, to secure the rights, entitlements, and prevent atrocities on women and children.
