Presented on April 27 to our team in Odisha on behalf of the organisation, this award recognises our grounded work and the transformative impact on the lives of disadvantaged communities. This year, ActionAid in India also completes 50 years of service and solidarity with those most marginalised. As we collectively look back at our journey as an organisation – to celebrate and to learn and plan our direction for the future, we feel highly honoured to receive this felicitation.
