There is need to recognize that, born out of the precarities, denials and deprivations they face, informal workers demonstrate significant amount of resourcefulness and initiative. The adaptability and self-reliance of informal workers demonstrate their resilience and ingenuity, as they continue contributing significantly to the broader economy despite the lack of formal recognition and support. Their efforts highlight the importance of fostering an environment that provides access to resources, training, and protections to support and formalize these endeavours
