    • Asare is a development organization initiated in 1992 to work for the development of rural women and children. Asare had taken the issue of Right to Education Campaign in the year 2011 with the fund support of Action Aid. The main objective of the project is to influence the State Government to implement the Right to Education Act, 2009 in Karnataka State. Right to Education Act considers Education as a fundamental right and children from the marginal sections are entitled to get admission in the neighboring private schools. Creating awareness among parents about the provisions in the Act for the effective implementation of the same was the major focus of the campaign.
