    • "A project under the title Forum for Muslim Women’s Voices (FMWV), a collaboration of 5 partners, emerged to promote the rights of women and children of Muslim community, with the NF support from Action Aid since 2008 to 2010. The partnership has created a momentum in addressing problems of minority community and promoting the rights of Muslim women in 5 districts namely Trichy, Dindigul, Sivagangai, Pudukottai, and Ramanad. However, due to several operational dynamics AWCC, MANITHAM and Prems Society have withdrawn from the forum and at present WIDES Foundation and WIND Trust are actively involved in pursuing the goals of FMWV under the convenor-ship of WIND Trust. Vision of FMWV : “A society where all women and children are able to live with dignity through social, economic and political empowerment and gender Justice” Mission of the FMWV : “Facilitate a State level Movement of Muslim women and to strengthen them”.
